sculptural and modern feel that is derived from the artists’ background
in designing and manufacturing architectural elements. While their
jewelry reflects organic shapes and objects in nature, artists
Shoshannah Frank and Casey Melton also enjoy making a huge statement
with scale. Cast pewter is their medium of choice. Their degrees in
sculpture and metalsmithing and experience in architectural design is
evidenced by the way in which their jewelry achieves a perfect balance
between art and function. The Wood Veneer Cuff is cast out of pewter
with an antique satin finish. The woodgrain pendant is attached to a
black leather clasp by sterling silver wire. The cuff is about 2" wide.
