The Secret to Secret Santa

It can be hard to strike the right balance for a Secret Santa gift; you have to find something appropriate for someone you may not know well but it also has to be fun. You don't want to spend like a Rockefeller but you don't want to be the cheapskate Santa, either. This was supposed to be the easy gift on the shopping list! It still can be at The Afternoon. We've put together a few great ideas for a Secret Santa gift, but be sure to stop by one of our stores or go online to see even more!

Half Full/Half Empty Glass - Are you an optimist? A pessimist? Does it depend on the day? Or the coffee? This glass gives you a choice - half full, or half empty? 2.5" dia x 4.25" h.

Gnome Zen Garden - Find inner peace while tending to bonsai and the toadstools with this tongue-in-cheek desktop version of the traditional Japanese Zen Garden. Perhaps through reflection you'll find there's no place like gnome.

Pizza Pi Cutter - Math geeks love pizza - both for eating and for contemplating the ratio of the circumference
of the pie to its diameter, as they eat. This unique cutter speaks their language. With the Pi Cutter, you can cut through a pizza with ease thanks to stainless steel double blades. You can also calculate area should you so choose. We suspect Archimedes liked pizza, too. Hand wash only.

Selfie Pole - Get the whole picture! Unless you have really long arms, it's tough to get your whole gang in a selfie (self portrait) - in fact, it's tough to get much more than your smiling face in a selfie without the use of mirrors. To get the whole picture, try the selfie pole. It holds cameras and cell phones up to 1 lb, and telescopes from 9" to 42". The spring loaded phone gripper adjusts to fit all cell phones; the camera holder features a screw base to hold camera in position and tilts forward and back for the perfect photo. When collapsed, the selfie pole is small enough to fit in a pocket or purse. A terrific gift for the holidays!
