something different
Our store is often described as eclectic, eccentric, quirky...we like objects that are beautiful and original, that make you feel stylish and unique at the same time. It's a tall order to fill, but we've managed to find some beloved products that are anything but common.
One of my favorite new lines are our Legnomagia Clocks...clocks that are uncommon shapes with classic lines and materials. Sure, these clocks are shaped like owls and apples, and their pendulums are worms and mice, but they still look so modern and classy. Legnomagia (which, sidenote, means "magic wood") uses sustainable practices in their production and material so you can feel good about buying their products: beech, maple and walnut are finished with aromatic oils and beeswax, rather than harsh chemicals.
My personal favorite is the darling penguin clock, whose pendulum feet waddle back and forth to keep the time. Is it for everyone? Probably not. But isn't that kind of the point?
